These Terms of Use govern access to and use of our platform, available at https://guestfier.com.
By creating an account or using our services, you fully agree to the conditions below.

1. Purpose

Guestfier is a platform designed for short-term rental hosts, offering:

  • Property and booking management.
  • Creation of exclusive links for guests (GuestLink).
  • Sale of additional products and services to guests.
  • Financial and performance reports.

2. Eligibility

  • To use Guestfier, you must be 18 years or older and have legal capacity.
  • Users representing companies must have authorization to enter into contracts on behalf of the organization.

3. User account

  • To access the platform, you must create an account with name, email, and password.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Sharing accounts among multiple people without Guestfier’s authorization is prohibited.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

  • Guestfier offers a 14-day free trial, with no initial charge.
  • After the trial, the user must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the platform.
  • Pricing model:
    • $29.90/month for the first property.
    • $24.90/month for each additional property.
  • Payments are processed on a recurring basis (monthly subscription) via credit card or Pix.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard.
  • No refunds will be issued for payments already made, except where required by law.

5. Platform usage

The user agrees to:

  • Use Guestfier only for lawful purposes related to rental management.
  • Not submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
  • Not copy or exploit the platform’s features for competitive purposes.
  • Not attempt to access restricted areas, perform reverse engineering, or compromise system security.

6. User content

  • You are solely responsible for the content you provide to the platform (property data, bookings, guest information, and extra products/services).
  • By submitting content, you declare that you own the rights to it and that it does not infringe laws or third-party rights.
  • Guestfier is not responsible for disputes between hosts and guests.

7. GuestLink and guest information

  • The GuestLink is a unique link generated for each booking, accessible by the guest without login.
  • The host is responsible for the information displayed, including check-in details, house rules, and extra services offered.
  • Guestfier is not a party to the contractual relationship between host and guest.

8. Payments for extra products and services

  • Guests may purchase additional products/services offered by the host directly through GuestLink.
  • Payments are processed via Pix, sent directly to the host’s account.
  • Guestfier is not responsible for the delivery or quality of the purchased products/services.

9. Availability and support

  • Guestfier strives to maintain the platform available 24/7, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Support is provided via WhatsApp or email, depending on the subscribed plan.
  • Guestfier may temporarily suspend services for scheduled maintenance.

10. Intellectual property

  • Guestfier, its brand, logo, interface, software code, and all related elements are the exclusive property of Guestfier Brasil LTDA.
  • Copying, modifying, or distributing parts of the platform without prior authorization is prohibited.

11. Limitation of liability

Guestfier is not responsible for damages arising from:

  • Connection failures or temporary service unavailability.
  • Improper use of the account by the user or third parties.
  • Business relationships between hosts and guests.

The maximum liability of Guestfier, in any case, is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months.

12. Changes to the terms

  • Guestfier may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
  • Significant changes will be communicated by email or within the platform.
  • Continued use of the platform after such changes implies acceptance of the new conditions.

13. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time.
  • Guestfier may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

  • These Terms of Use are governed by Brazilian law.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil, unless otherwise required by law.
